How to Change Your Price List Starting From a Future Date

While you can edit your standard price list at any time, changes made to it will take effect immediately. There is currently no built-in way to schedule a future price change directly in the standard list.

Use a Special Period Price List

To schedule a price change from a future date, follow these steps:

  1. 2–4 weeks before the change, go to Operator Admin > Price Lists

  2. Create a Special Period Price List, and give it a name like “Price Adjustment”

  3. Set:

    • Start date: September 1

    • End date: September 30 (or longer, depending on how long the new prices should apply)

  4. Input your new prices in this special price list

  5. Save the special price list

Make Changes To Your Standard Price List

Once the special period ends (e.g. September 30), your standard price list becomes active again.

On September 1 (when special price list starts):

  1. Go to your standard price list

  2. Update the prices there to match your new pricing (from the special list)

  3. Save your changes

This way, once the special price list ends, the standard price list continues seamlessly with your updated prices.
