Nettla makes it easy to offer flexible pricing throughout the week. You can set higher prices during peak hours, and lower prices during quieter times — all within a single price list.
✅ Step 1 — Set your peak pricing
In your existing price list, start by defining a price variant with the highest price of the week — this serves as the default or backup price. Set the days and hours to mirror your opening times.
This ensures that every bookable time has a price assigned at all times.
✅ Step 2 — Create an off-peak price variant
Go to your existing price list
Click Add price variant
Give it a clear name like:
Off-Peak
Weekday Mornings
07:00–15:00 Pricing
Set the price for this variant
Select the specific days and times when this price should apply
Example: Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:00
💡 How pricing is applied
It’s completely fine if price variants overlap.
Nettla will always automatically select the lowest applicable price for the player at the time they are booking.
