This article is split into two sections, depending on what you’re trying to do:
Temporarily adjust hours for a specific day or a few special days
Permanently change opening hours on a long-term basis
Temporarily Adjust Available Hours (e.g. holiday hours, one-off changes)
If you need to modify availability for just a few specific days (e.g. opening late or closing early):
You do not need to update your price list or core settings.
Simply:
Go to your schedule view
Select the time range you want to block
Choose the booking type: “Non-available”
Click Save
✅ This blocks the selected hours from being booked and removes them from your reports and statistics, ensuring accurate data.
Change Opening Hours on a Long-Term Basis
If you want to adjust your regular schedule permanently (e.g. starting in 2027), you need to update your price list, since available hours are defined by the time ranges in your pricing settings.
If the change should take effect immediately:
Go to your current price list
Adjust the time ranges in your pricing blocks
Example: Change a pricing block from 08:00–12:00 to 09:00–12:00 to reflect a new 09:00 opening time.
If the change should start on a future date:
Create a Special Period Price List with the new hours
Set the start date (e.g. January 1, 2027)
Define your updated pricing blocks with the new available hours
2. Save the special price list
3. Before the special period ends, update your standard price list to match the new hours so the change continues seamlessly afterward.
