Each club connects its own Stripe account via Stripe Connect, so your club has a separate Stripe account to receive funds . All online payments in Nettla (e.g. court bookings, memberships) are processed through that Stripe account.
When a player pays through the Nettla app, the payment goes directly to your club’s Stripe account, and Stripe then pays out to your club’s bank account (typically within a few days). Nettla itself doesn’t hold your funds.
Fees: Stripe automatically deducts its standard processing fees from each transaction, and Nettla’s service fees are applied as per your pricing plan . (For example, subscription payments (automatic renewal memberships) incur a 1% fee, and other transactions have a £0.30 fee which you can choose to pass on to the player .)
Metadata: Nettla attaches extra info (metadata) to each Stripe transaction – such as your club’s ID and the type of transaction – which helps in identifying payments later (useful for reports and multi-club management).
