Your Player List in Nettla contains all individuals who are connected to your club through the system. A player will appear in your list if they have:
Made a purchase at your club via Nettla, or
Clicked “Join Club Register” in the Nettla mobile app, or
You (admin) have pressed Player List -> Add player -> Inserted their email -> The player has clicked the link in the email they received
Once a player appears in your Player List, your club is considered the data controller for that player. This means you can:
Perform administrative actions related to their account (at your club)
Communicate with them via marketing and messaging tools connected to Nettla
Offer them memberships, discounts, and other player-specific settings
