To keep your Player List clean and accurate, Nettla uses an “Invite Player” system instead of a traditional “Add Player” function.
This ensures players register themselves and keeps data consistent across clubs.
You can invite players either directly from your Player List or while adding a participant to a booking or activity in the calendar.
How to invite a player:
Click Invite Player
Enter the player’s email address
Click Send Invite
What happens next?
If the player does not have a Nettla account:
They receive an email with a registration link
After registering, they are automatically added to your Player List
They are taken directly to your club in the Nettla mobile app
If the player already has a Nettla account but isn’t linked to your club:
They receive a Join Club invitation
When they click the link, they’re added to your Player List
