When an activity at your club is fully booked, players can add themselves to the Waitlist for that session.
As an admin, you can view the list of waitlisted participants in Club Admin.
How it Works
If a player cancels their spot in a full session, a space becomes available.
All players on the waitlist are notified simultaneously via push notification and email.
The spot is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis—whoever books it first gets it.
