Steps to connect BigQuery to Nettla
1️⃣ Set up your BigQuery Project
Follow Google’s guide here:
2️⃣ Collect your integration details
From your BigQuery project, make note of the following:
Project ID
Staging GCS Bucket Name
Credentials (JSON key)
3️⃣ Enter details into Nettla
Log in to Nettla Admin → Settings → Integrations → BigQuery and paste the Project ID, GCS Bucket Name, and Credentials. Save to confirm.
4️⃣ Making the most out of you BigQuery integration
Integrating with BigQuery opens powerful opportunities for custom data analysis — but setup can be technical.
We recommend working with a data engineer or consultant familiar with SQL and Google Cloud tools. They can help you structure your data, connect reporting tools, and create automated pipelines.
This ensures your club’s data is accurate, efficient, and ready to power advanced reporting.
Once connected:
✅ Nettla will start sending events and player data into your BigQuery warehouse.
✅ You can run queries on top of Nettla data to build custom reports and dashboards.
✅ No ongoing setup in Nettla is required — manage everything through your BigQuery tools.
