In the rare cases where one team submits a match score and the opponents dispute it, the club has an opportunity to step in and help resolve the situation.
When a match is marked as disputed, a 48-hour window opens for club admins to review and correct the score based on discussions with the players involved.
How to resolve a disputed score
Go to Nettla Club Admin.
Navigate to Play → Matches.
Click on the match that shows the disputed status.
Click the Edit button next to the score.
Enter the corrected score.
Click Save to confirm the update.
✅ Once saved, the corrected result will be used for player level updates.
