What is the difference between a membership and a collection?

A membership is what you market to your players for them to purchase, whole a collection is how you assign different benefits to certain players.

For example, you may sell a Junior and Adult membership, which you then link to the same collection in order to give all the players who hold those membership types certain benefits.
