When or if a players see a refund on their bank account is dependent on some different factors:
If the player cancelled something within 6 days from making the initial purchase:
The amount was only ”reserved” on their bank account, and never actually taken. In this case, the reserved amount will simply be vanished from the players bank account and no ”real refund” has taken place. The release of the reservation can sometime take up to 1 day to disappear.
If the player cancelled something after 6 days from making the initial purchase:
The amount has already been charged to the players bank account, and a ”real refund” will be issues. A real refund can sometime take 2-3 days to show, depending on card type and bank.
