Nettla sets up the first administrator for a new company or club. Nettla sends you an invitation email, and you accept it by signing in or creating your Nettla account from the link. You don't need to download the app first.
Accept your invitation
Open the invitation email from Nettla and click the link.
Click Start onboarding.
Sign in, or create your account if you don't have one. Your email address is filled in for you.
When you see "Your access has been granted", you're in.
You must use the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you sign in with a different email, you see "You are not authorized to access this page".
Onboarding steps (if Nettla included them)
Nettla may ask you to complete a short onboarding flow after you accept:
Company information: fill in your legal name, registration number, VAT number and address, then click Continue.
Club information: check the list of clubs Nettla has created for you, then click Complete.
Click Go to dashboard.
You can't create clubs in this flow. Nettla creates them for you.
After the first login
Log in at operator.nettla.co with your email and a 6-digit code, or with Google.
You can now add the rest of your team yourself. See "How do I add a team member as an administrator?".
Good to know
Invitations expire. If the link shows "Invitation not found", contact Nettla for a new invitation.
You can use the same Nettla account you use as a player in the app.
