Nettla creates your company's connected Stripe account and sends you an onboarding link. You open the link and complete the setup in Stripe. Once Stripe has verified your details, you can take online payments in Nettla.
What you need Stripe for
Taking online payments for court bookings, matches, activities and private coaching.
Selling memberships.
Selling club wallets (prepaid credit).
How to complete the setup
Ask Nettla for your Stripe onboarding link if you haven't received it.
Open the link from Nettla.
Follow the steps in Stripe.
Enter your business details.
Enter the bank account where you want your payouts.
Verify your identity and the identity of anyone Stripe asks for.
Submit the details in Stripe.
When Stripe has verified your details, your Stripe account is connected and players can pay online.
Who should complete it
Someone who can legally represent the business and has its company registration and bank details to hand. Stripe asks for identity checks on the people who own or run the business.
If you already have a Stripe account
Tell Nettla before they create your account. The onboarding link creates a new Stripe account, so Nettla needs to know first if you want to use an existing one.
Good to know
The Stripe account belongs to your company. If you have several clubs, they all use the same Stripe account unless Nettla sets your clubs up differently.
If you stopped halfway or your link no longer works, ask Nettla for a new link. You continue with the same account.
You manage payouts, team access and exports in your own Stripe Dashboard.
When to contact Nettla
To get your onboarding link or a new one.
If you want to use an existing Stripe account.
If you want a separate Stripe account for each club.
