Important notice about players opting in/out from club marketing

Nettla integrations allows your club to automate and brand marketing to correspond with how you want to manage your player relationships.

When Nettla sends over your contacts (player) events to places like Mailchimp and HubSpot, we include an Marketing Opt In True or False value. This tells you if the playr has previously opted out from your announcement emails you have created inside of Nettla.

When sending your newsletters or other automated marketing through Mailchimp or HubSpot, make sure to first filter on this value being True, to make sure you do not contact players who have decided to opt out from your marketing.
