Players book private lessons in the Nettla mobile app. They search by coach or by date and book a 60-minute lesson for 1 to 4 players. Private coaching can't be booked on the website; the website asks players to download the app.
How players book
In the app, the player taps Book private coaching.
They choose Search by coach or Search by date.
They pick a time slot.
They choose the number of players (only sizes with a price are offered).
They pay the full lesson price.
Why a slot shows (or doesn't)
A slot only shows when all of these are true:
The coach is available at that time and isn't on time off.
The coach has prices for that time.
The slot is inside the coach's booking window and before the latest booking cut-off.
The coach has no other booking at that time (as a coach, activity organiser or player).
One of the coach's courts is free, including your minimum gap between bookings.
There is a price for this player.
Show online and Available for private coaching are on.
What the coach gets
An email when they are booked, and when a lesson is cancelled.
A push notification when a player joins.
Good to know
Lessons booked by players are always 60 minutes. Staff can book other lengths in the calendar.
Players can't invite others to pay their share. Staff can add players to a lesson in the calendar.
You can add a message to coaching confirmation emails in your club settings (Private Coaching Email).
Booking limits can also apply to private coaching, if your club has that feature.
