Set a coach's regular weekly hours in their profile, then adjust single days and add time off on the Availability tab. Players can only book a coach when they are available and not on time off.
Regular weekly hours
Go to Play → Private Coaching and click the coach.
On the Availability tab, click Edit regular availability.
Under Available days, choose the days and hours the coach works.
Click Save.
Nettla turns the regular hours into bookable blocks up to about 3 months ahead.
Changing a single day
On the Availability tab, click the day.
Choose Add new block, Edit this block or Delete this block.
Save.
Adding time off
On the Availability tab, click the day.
Choose Add time off.
Pick the type: Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Training or Other, and the time.
Save.
Players can't book the coach during time off.
How far ahead players can book
In the coach's profile, under Availability:
Advance booking window — Standard players: 1 to 90 days (default 7).
Advance booking window — Cohort players: use Add rule for cohort to give a cohort a different window.
Daily release time for new lesson slots: when the next day opens for booking.
Latest booking cut-off: how close to the start players can still book (default 1 hour).
Good to know
Blocks you add or edit by hand aren't overwritten by the regular hours. A block you delete stays deleted, even if you change the regular hours later.
A coach can't be booked when they already have another booking, including activities they organise.
