Each coach has their own lesson prices for 1, 2, 3 or 4 players. Only the 1-player price is required. Players can only book group sizes that have a price.
How to set prices
Go to Play → Private Coaching and click the coach.
Open the Prices tab and click Edit.
Under Lesson Prices, fill in 1-player lesson price, and optionally 2-player lesson price, 3-player lesson price and 4-player lesson price.
Click Save.
Cohort prices
Use Add cohort price to give a cohort (for example, members) a different price.
Price variants (for example peak and off-peak)
Click Add price variant.
Give it a Price Variant Name (players don't see this).
Set its prices.
Set its Available days and hours.
Click Save.
How players pay
Prices are per hour. Player bookings in the app are 60 minutes.
The player who books pays the whole lesson price. There is no split payment for coaching.
On the Prices tab, "N/A" means that group size isn't offered.
Good to know
Your club receives all lesson payments. Nettla doesn't pay coaches or calculate commission.
