A group membership is one membership shared by several people: a lead member plus additional adults and children. Use it for family, household, couple or parent-and-child memberships. The membership price is the price for the whole group.
Create a group membership
Go to Players → Memberships.
Click Create membership, choose the type and click Create.
In Details, switch on Group / Family Membership.
Set Maximum number of additional adults and Maximum number of children (No limit, or 0–10).
Set the price under pricing. This is the price for the whole group.
Click Save.
How players use it
The lead member buys the membership in the app.
They add additional adults and children up to your limits.
Everyone in the group gets the membership's benefits.
Good to know
There is no separate price per extra person.
You can't change a membership between individual and group after it's created. Create a new membership instead.
In the admin, the lead member is marked "(Lead member)". Other members show who their lead member is.
You can't remove a member from a group yourself. Contact Nettla.
