Open the player's profile, go to the Memberships tab and click Add membership. Choose whether it's already paid or unpaid. The membership always starts today.
The player must already be on your Player List. If they aren't, see "How do I add or invite a player to my Player List?".
Add a membership
Go to Players → Player List and open the player.
Open the Memberships tab.
Click Add membership.
Choose Unpaid or Mark as paid (first cycle).
Select a membership.
If the membership has more than one cycle, choose the Payment cycle.
For a group membership, add any Additional adults and Children.
Optional: Add note.
Click Add.
Paid or unpaid?
Mark as paid (first cycle): use this when the player paid you another way. They get a membership confirmation email.
Unpaid: the player sees an unpaid banner on the membership in the app and can pay there. No email is sent.
Add a membership to many players
Go to Players → Player List.
Tick the players.
Click Action → Add membership.
Fill in the same fields and click Add.
Good to know
The membership starts today. You can't backdate it or set a future start date. Contact Nettla if you need this.
Add membership is greyed out if the player already has an active membership.
For group memberships, an additional adult can't already have an active membership. Children are chosen from the player's child accounts.
