How do I change a membership's price or settings?

Edit a membership, and understand what changes for existing members and what doesn't.

Written by Nettla

Go to Players → Memberships, click ⋮ on the membership and choose Edit. A new price only applies to new purchases. Players who already have the membership keep their old price.

Edit a membership

  1. Go to Players → Memberships.

  2. Click ⋮ on the membership.

  3. Choose Edit.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Save.

What changes for existing members

  • Price: no. Existing subscribers keep paying their old price. To move them to a new price, contact Nettla.

  • End date of a temporary membership: yes. The expiry changes for everyone who holds it.

  • Name, description, images and benefits: yes, for everyone.

Things you can't do

  • Add a new billing cycle (Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) to an existing membership. You can only edit or remove cycles it already has. To offer a new cycle, create a new membership.

  • Change between individual and group.

  • Change between ongoing and temporary.

Archive a membership

  1. Click ⋮ on the membership.

  2. Choose Archive.

You can't archive a membership while players still have a paid, active one. You'll see "Cannot archive: active memberships exist". Wait until they expire, or cancel them first. To bring an archived membership back, open the archived tab and choose Reactivate.

Good to know

  • To take a membership off your club page while current members keep it, switch off Visible to Players instead of archiving. Players with the link can still buy it.
