What data is sent to each integration?

Which of the four event categories (User, Booking, Payment, Court) each integration receives, and which you can change.

Written by Nettla

Mailchimp and HubSpot receive user (contact) events only. Mixpanel, BigQuery, Zapier, Google Sheets and Webhook receive all four categories by default: user, booking, payment and court events. You can change this with the gear icon.

The four categories

  • User Events: player details and changes, such as joining your club, memberships and cohorts.

  • Booking Events: bookings created, updated, joined, left, cancelled and completed.

  • Payment Events: payments reserved, succeeded, captured, failed, cancelled, refunded, partially refunded and unpaid.

  • Court Events: a daily summary of bookable hours per court.
