How do I set up my first price list?

Create a standard price list with your hourly price and bookable hours, then connect it to your courts.

Written by Nettla

Create a standard price list under Settings → Price Lists, then choose it on each court. A court can't be saved without a standard price list, so set up your price list before you add your courts.

Create the price list

  1. Go to Settings → Price Lists.

  2. Open Standard Price Lists.

  3. Click Create new price list (or Add price list if you already have one).

  4. Enter a clear name, for example "Padel – Standard".

  5. Leave Start date and End date blank, so the list starts now and never ends.

  6. In the Prices card, keep For players not linked to a pricing cohort switched on and enter your hourly price. This is the price for everyone.

  7. In Opening days and times, untick the days you're closed and set the hours players can book on each day.

  8. Click Create.

Connect it to your courts

  1. Go to Settings → Courts.

  2. Click a court, then click Edit.

  3. In the Prices card, choose your list under Standard price list.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Repeat for each court.

When you add a new court with Add court, you choose its standard price list in the same Prices card.

Good to know

  • All prices are per hour. Nettla works out the price for other booking lengths automatically.

  • Every day starts ticked with 07:00–23:00. Change these to your real hours before you click Create.

  • Times are in 30-minute steps. Click + to add a second time range on the same day (for example, to close over lunch), and − to remove it.

  • Opening days and times use your club's timezone, shown on the card.

  • Prices are in your club's currency.

  • A set of prices with its days and times is called a price variant. Your first one is named "Standard Price Variant". You can rename it later with ⋮ → Edit.

  • If you have no standard price list yet, the court form shows a Create standard price list button instead of the dropdown.

  • If a standard price list has a Start date in the future or an End date in the past, the courts using it can't be booked.
