How do I edit or remove a price variant or price list?

Change or delete prices, names, dates and courts, and what to check before you remove anything.

Use the ⋮ menu: on a price variant to change its prices and hours, and on a price list card to change its name, dates or courts. Remove deletes straight away, with no confirmation and no undo.

Edit a price variant

  1. Go to Settings → Price Lists and open the price list.

  2. Click ⋮ on the variant, then Edit.

  3. Change the Name, Prices or Opening days and times.

  4. Click Save.

Edit a price list's name, dates or courts

  1. Go to Settings → Price Lists and open Standard Price Lists or Special Period Price Lists.

  2. Click ⋮ on the price list card, then Edit.

  3. Change the name, Start date or End date. For a special period list, you can also change its Courts.

  4. Click Save.

Remove a variant or a list

  1. Click ⋮ on the variant or the price list card.

  2. Click Remove.

It's deleted immediately. There's no confirmation and you can't undo it.

Before you remove anything

  • If a court uses a standard price list you remove, that court has no price and can't be booked. Choose another list on the court first, under Settings → Courts.

  • If you remove the only variant that prices some hours, those hours can't be booked any more.

Good to know

  • Changes never re-price bookings already made.

  • Duplicate is greyed out. To copy a list, create a new one and enter the prices again.
