Add price variants to your price list. Each variant has its own hourly price and its own days and times. Where variants overlap, each player pays the lowest price that applies to them.
Steps
Go to Settings → Price Lists → Standard Price Lists and click your list.
Make sure one variant covers all your opening hours at your peak (highest) price. This keeps every bookable hour priced.
Click Add new price variant.
Enter a Name, for example "Off-peak weekdays".
In Prices, enter the lower hourly price.
In Opening days and times, untick the days it doesn't apply to and set its hours, for example Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
Click Save.
Warning: a new variant starts at 0 on every day
A new variant starts with every day ticked, 07:00–23:00, and a price of 0. If you save it without changing the days and the price, those hours become free for everyone, because the lowest price always wins. Always set both before you click Save.
How overlaps work
The lowest price wins, minute by minute. A booking that crosses two variants pays each part at that part's price.
A more expensive variant only applies where no cheaper variant covers the same time. So a "weekend premium" variant only works if your cheaper variants don't cover weekends. The simplest set-up is to make your cheaper variants weekday-only.
When variants overlap, the price list page shows "Some time windows are covered twice" and lists which price applies.
If an end time is before its start time, the page warns "Time windows that never apply".
Examples
Early bird: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–08:00, at a lower price.
Off-peak mornings: Monday to Friday, 07:00–12:00, at a lower price.
Good to know
Changes apply to new bookings straight away. Bookings already made keep their price.
To give members a different price in the same hours, add a cohort price to the variant. See "How do I offer discounted prices to members or other cohorts?"
If a special period price list is active on a court, set your peak and off-peak prices on that list too, because it replaces the standard list.
