Work through the checklist below in order to get your club ready for bookings. Each step has its own article. Most setup lives under Settings in the left sidebar.
How Nettla is organised
Your company contains one or more clubs. Each club has its own courts, prices and rules.
Players book your courts in the Nettla app and on the web.
When you log in, the Dashboard lists the companies and clubs you can access. It is a picker, not a stats page. Click a club to open it.
Opening a club takes you to Calendar → Schedule, your day-to-day view of bookings.
Setup checklist
Fill in your club profile. See "How do I set up my club profile?".
Add your logos and brand colours. See "How do I change my club's logos and brand colours?".
Create your first price list. Your price list sets both your prices and the hours players can book. See "How do I set up my first price list?".
Add your courts. A court can't be saved until a standard price list exists, so do step 3 first. See "How do I add or edit a court?".
Set your booking rules: booking length, gaps and how far ahead players can book. See "How do I set minimum and maximum booking lengths and gaps?" and "How far in advance can players book? (booking window)".
Set your cancellation and refund rules. See "How do I set cancellation and refund rules for players?".
Create cohorts and memberships if you offer member prices or benefits. See "How do I create a cohort?" and "How do I create a membership?".
Add your team as administrators. See "How do I add a team member as an administrator?".
Complete your Stripe onboarding so you can take online payments. Nettla creates your Stripe account and sends you an onboarding link. See "How do I set up online payments (Stripe)?".
Share your club's links with players. See "How do I share links to my club in the app?".
Good to know
You only see the sidebar pages you have permission for, and only the features your club has.
Some features are add-ons that not every club has: Nettla AI, Ace (WhatsApp sales agent), Rewards program, Leagues, Lights & Access and White Label. See "Which features are add-ons, and how do I get them?".
Once you're set up, explore Play (activities, matches, coaching), Shop (wallets, discount codes, items) and Insights.
