How do company-wide booking limits work?

Set booking limits and member benefit allowances that count bookings across all your clubs.

Written by Nettla

Company booking limits work like club booking limits, but they count a player's bookings across all your clubs. You set them at company level under Settings → Booking limits.

Booking limits are switched on by Nettla. Not every club has them. If you don't see Booking limits under Settings in the sidebar, your club doesn't have the feature yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Once it's on, you create and edit the limits yourself.

Create a company booking limit

  1. Open your company from the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings → Booking limits.

  3. Click New booking limit.

  4. Choose Limit bookings or Limit a member benefit.

  5. Fill in the rule. Under Applies at, choose Any club, Member's home club or Other clubs.

  6. Click Save.

How it differs from a club booking limit

  • Bookings at every club count towards the allowance.

  • Applies at lets you limit a rule to a member's home club or to the other clubs. See "How do company-wide memberships work?" for how the home club is set.

  • There is no court selection.

  • If Nettla doesn't know a member's home club, Member's home club rules don't apply to them, and Other clubs rules apply at every club.

Good to know

  • Bookings made by admins are not blocked by limits, but member benefit allowances still apply.

  • For the full list of options, see "How do I create a booking limit or benefit limit?".
