How do I add or edit a court?

Add a court, choose its sport, size and price list, and switch it on so players can book it.

Written by Nettla

Go to Settings → Courts and click Add court. Fill in the details, choose a standard price list and click Create. New courts start switched off, so turn on Court enabled when you want players to see the court.

Before you start

You must have at least one standard price list. A court can't be saved without one. If you don't have one yet, the form shows a Create standard price list button instead of the list.

Add a court

  1. Go to Settings → Courts.

  2. Click Add court (or Add your first court if you have none).

  3. Under Basic info, enter the Court name. Turn on Court enabled if players should see it now.

  4. Under Details, choose the Sport, Size, Type and Surface.

  5. Check Allowed player counts.

  6. Under Prices, choose the Standard price list.

  7. Click Create.

Court options

  • Sport: Padel, Pickleball, Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis or Golf.

  • Size: Double, Single, Double Mini or Single Mini.

  • Type: Indoor, Outdoor or Covered Outdoor.

  • Surface: Clay, Hard Court, Grass, Carpet, Artificial Grass or Sports Floor.

  • Allowed player counts: 2 players, 4 players, or 4 or 2 players. This sets how a booking is split when players pay their part, and affects individual discounts. If you don't change it, Double courts use 4 players and Single courts use 2.

  • Camera on court: turn on and choose the provider (PlaySight, CourtMaster, Clutch, Spash or PadX). Players see a camera icon for the court in the mobile app.

Edit a court

  1. Go to Settings → Courts.

  2. Click the court.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make your changes and click Save.

Good to know

  • To hide a court from players, turn off Court enabled.

  • Matches can only be created on padel and tennis courts.

  • Special period price lists are linked to courts on the price list itself, not on the court.

  • Clicking a court shows its details, its current price and its Court ID.
