Setting your prices and bookable hours

Your prices also decide when courts can be booked

Written by Nettla

In Nettla, your price list does two jobs: it sets how much a booking costs and it controls your bookable hours. 🕒 If a time has a price, players can book it; if it has no price, that slot isn't bookable.

To set one up: Settings → Price Lists → Standard Price Lists → Create new price list, then:

Give it a name

Set your price per hour (all prices are hourly)

Choose the days and times it covers (these become your bookable hours)

Create, then assign it to your courts → see "Adding your courts"

You can add price variants within a list for peak/off-peak pricing, and Nettla always charges the lowest applicable price. 📉
