Head to Settings → Rules & Limits to control how players can make bookings.
Minimum and maximum booking length
Set the shortest and longest bookings players can make. For example, minimum 60 minutes and maximum 120 minutes.
Minimum gap between bookings
Prevent short gaps in between bookings, like 30 min gaps as example. This rule only applies to "if there is a gap". A booking ending at 15:00 can still mean that the next booking can start 15:00.
Booking horizon
Control how far in advance players can book. Set this to 7 days for a rolling week window, or longer if you prefer. Members can often have a longer booking horizon than regular players.
Cancellation rules
Set how far in advance players must cancel, and whether cancellations are allowed at all. You can also control whether refunds are given for late cancellations.
