How to offer discounts for longer bookings

You can set a lower hourly rate that only applies once a booking reaches a certain length. 🕑

Open your price list and edit the relevant price variant (⋮ → Edit)

Under Prices → Discounted prices, click Add discount price

Set a Minimum Duration (e.g. 90 minutes)

Enter the discounted hourly rate

(Optional) Choose specific cohorts, or leave as all players

Save ✅

Example: standard £20/hour, but £16/hour for bookings of 90+ minutes. A 90-minute booking is then 1.5 × £16 = £24.

💡 Remember the rate is still per hour — you're lowering the hourly price for longer sessions, not setting a flat session price. Nettla always applies the lowest applicable rate.
