Cohorts: grouping your players

The foundation for member pricing and access

Written by Nettla

A cohort is a named group of players — for example Members, Juniors, or Coaches. 👥 Cohorts are the building block for:

💷 Member/discounted pricing in your price lists

📅 Different booking horizons or cancellation rules for certain players

🔒 Restricting certain courts, days or times to specific groups

To create one: Players → Cohorts → Create cohort, give it a name, and optionally set an active period (start/end dates) if the cohort is only valid for a certain timeframe. Save when done.

Once a cohort exists, you can reference it when setting prices and rules, and assign players to it. If you don't offer member-only pricing yet, you can skip this and add it later.
