Cohorts in Nettla is how you differentiate groups of players to receive certain benefits or become categorized different than just a ”standard player” at your club.
A cohort is essentially a combination of Membership types and Individual players, for example all Silver Members + John Smith and Alison Parker.
Once you have set up a cohort, you can link a membership type and individual players to it, and those players will receive the benefits that you define for that cohort in different parts of the system, e.g. lower prices, longer booking horizons, and more.
Anytime you see the word cohort, it means that there is a way for you to set up benefits or rules that are different for certain players.
