When you move from the shared One Nettla App to your own White Label App, the app you offer players becomes fully yours — your name, your icon, your colours, and your own links. Nettla still powers everything behind the scenes; the experience just carries your brand instead of ours.
You can run both at once (stay listed in the One Nettla App and have your own app) or go White Label only. Either way, the main thing to know is simple: your links change from nettla.co to your own short web address. This guide walks through where those links appear so nothing gets missed.
Throughout, we'll use an example club, "Riverside Padel", whose app link is rvspadel.app. Yours will use your own short name.
Your new web address
Your booking and club pages move from app.nettla.co to your own short link — for example rvspadel.app. So a checkout that used to look like app.nettla.co/checkout/… now becomes rvspadel.app/checkout/….
We keep the link short on purpose — it's easier to share, type, and print. This new address becomes your home for everything players see.
New app download links
Your app is its own listing on the App Store and Google Play, separate from the Nettla app. That means new download links and a new app for players to install.
Anywhere you currently point players to "download Nettla", update it to point to your app instead. We'll provide your exact App Store and Google Play links.
Sharing links carry your name
Every link you share — activities, matches, memberships, coaching, your club page, and your player join/invitation link — now uses your own address (e.g. rvspadel.app/clubs/…). When a player taps one of these, it opens your app directly.
If you have saved links, message templates, or "book now" buttons using the old Nettla links, refresh them with your new ones.
Update your QR codes
Any QR codes you've created point to a web link — and those links are changing. Update QR codes wherever they live:
Printed materials — posters, flyers, court signage, reception, membership cards
Digital screens and TVs at the club
QR codes in emails, PDFs, or presentations
Old QR codes send players to the old link, so replace them once your new app is live.
Update your website and social media
Wherever you tell players how to find you, point them to the new app:
"Download our app" buttons and links on your website
Link-in-bio (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and any pinned posts or story highlights
Google Business profile, newsletters, and email signatures
Your players' accounts stay the same
Nettla accounts are universal across the whole platform, so nothing changes for your players' logins. They sign into your White Label App with the exact same credentials they already use — email, Google, or Apple — and their upcoming bookings and full history appear just as they did in the One Nettla App. No new sign-up, no lost data, no migration on their end.
Push notifications follow the app they use
Players keep getting their notifications — manual pushes, announcements, and automatic transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, and so on). They simply arrive through whichever app the player has:
A player using your White Label App receives them there — your app takes priority.
A player who only has the One Nettla App still receives them there as usual.
So no one misses a message during or after the switch, whichever app they choose.
A few more things worth knowing
Your branding is applied automatically — name, icon, colours and logo appear across the app once you're live. No work needed on your side.
If you stay on both apps, players can still find you in the One Nettla App while your own app grows. If you go White Label only, players will only find you through your own app and links — so updating your old links matters more.
Give it a moment to spread. Existing customers won't switch overnight. Update your most visible touchpoints first (website, social bio, front-desk QR), and the rest follows.
In short
Your app, links, download pages, and QR codes all change from Nettla's name to yours — while your players' accounts, history, and notifications carry over seamlessly. Update your links everywhere players might look, and we'll hand you every new link and store listing you need to make the switch clean.
