Go to Calendar → Cancellations. It lists every cancelled booking at your club, including bookings cancelled automatically, with the date, type, reason and who cancelled it.
What you'll see
The total number of cancelled bookings for your filters.
Columns: Date Cancelled, Booking Type, Cancellation Reason and Cancelled By.
The reason is Player, Admin or System (automatic). Automatic cancellations come from your auto-cancellation rules.

Filter the list
Choose a date range.
Choose a booking type: Court booking, Match, Activity, Private coaching, Bespoke booking, Recurring booking or League match.
Click Clear filters to reset.
See the details
Click a row to open the booking. It's read-only and has a Cancellation section with the cancellation details.
