Players → Imported Players lists the players Nettla imported when your club moved from another booking system. It shows who has joined and lets you send a reminder to players who haven't activated their account yet.
Player imports are a service Nettla runs for your club. If you don't see Imported Players in the sidebar, no import has been done yet. Contact Nettla to arrange one.
How imports work
Nettla imports your players from a file. You can't upload the file yourself.
Each player can be imported with their profile, a membership, cohorts, a wallet balance and a padel level.
These are given to the player when they create their Nettla account, or sign in, with the same email address.
Statuses
Pending: the player hasn't joined yet.
Joined: the player has joined and received their imported benefits.
Failed: the import of this player didn't work. Contact Nettla.
Send a reminder
Go to Players → Imported Players.
Open the import.
Click Send reminder.
Check how many players will be emailed.
Click Confirm.
Players who haven't activated their account get an email with an Activate your account button.
Good to know
A player can be emailed once every 7 days at most, counting the original invitation.
Each player can get a maximum of 3 reminders.
Use the status filter to see only Pending, Joined or Failed players.
