You can add a player to a cohort from their profile (Link cohort), from the Player List (Action → Add to cohort) or from the cohort page (Link players to this cohort). Players with a linked membership are included automatically.
From the player's profile
Go to Players → Player List and open the player.
Open the Cohorts tab.
Click Link cohort.
Select a cohort.
Click Link.
Many players from the Player List
Go to Players → Player List.
Tick the players.
Click Action → Add to cohort.
Choose the cohort and click Link.
From the cohort page
Go to Players → Cohorts and open the cohort.
Click Link players to this cohort.
Search for and choose the players.
Click Save.
Import players by user ID
Open the cohort.
Click Import players by user ID.
Paste the user IDs, separated by commas.
Confirm.
Only players already on your Player List are added.
Remove a player
Open the player's profile and go to the Cohorts tab.
Click ⋮ on the cohort.
Choose Unlink.
Good to know
Players added by hand stay in the cohort until you remove them, or until the cohort's end date.
A Smart Form automation can add players and remove them automatically after a number of days or on a date. See "How does automation in Smart Forms work?".
Players who are in a cohort through a linked membership type are included only while their membership is active.
Players in a dynamic cohort are added and removed automatically. See "What are dynamic cohorts?".
