In Players → Player List, use Search to find a player by name or email, and the filters to narrow the list. Tick players to open the Action menu, which lets you act on all of them at once.
Filters
Gender.
Age: minimum and maximum age.
{Sport} level: minimum and maximum level, for each sport with levels at your club.
Cohorts: players in one or more cohorts.
Memberships: players with one or more membership types (archived ones are included).
Click the bin icon to clear all filters.
Select players
Tick the box next to each player you want.
Tick the box in the table header to select every player who matches your filters, not just the ones on the current page.
The Action menu
Once at least one player is ticked, click Action and choose:
Add to cohort: choose a cohort and click Link.
Add wallet: choose Unpaid, Free of charge or Mark as paid, pick a wallet, set How much balance?, add an optional note and click Add.
Add membership: the same as adding a membership from a player's profile.
Send push notification: write a message of up to 500 characters and click Send.
Good to know
The top of the page shows how many players and members you have.
The list shows 20 players per page by default. You can switch to 10 or 50.
Your search, filters and selection are kept while your browser tab stays open.
