A dynamic cohort adds players automatically when they match rules you set: gender, age range and level. You don't need to add them by hand, and players drop out when they no longer match.
Set up a dynamic cohort
Go to Players → Cohorts.
Click Create cohort, or open a cohort and click Edit conditions.
Under Dynamic cohorts, switch on Add players to the cohort automatically.
Set the rules:
Gender: tick the genders. Leave all unticked to match any gender.
Age range: set a Minimum age and Maximum age.
Level: switch on a sport's level and set From and To.
Click Save.
How matching works
A player must match every rule you switch on.
Age is measured on the day the booking starts.
If you switch on levels for several sports, the player must be within range in each one.
Players without a level in a switched-on sport never match.
Examples
Juniors: age 0–17, for junior court prices.
Over 60s: minimum age 60, for daytime discounts.
Advanced: padel level 4–7, for access to a performance activity.
Good to know
Dynamic cohorts show a Dynamic badge.
Open the cohort and click Display all matching players to see who is included.
You can still add players by hand. They are listed under Manually added players.
Players need the right details on their profile, such as date of birth, to match.
