Create categories in Play → Activities → Categories, then choose a category on each activity type. Players use categories to browse activities in the app and website widget.
How to create a category
Go to Play → Activities.
Open Categories.
Click Add activity category.
Enter a Name and add an Image.
Click Save.
How to put an activity type in a category
Go to Play → Activities → Types and open the type.
Open the Details tab and click Edit.
Choose the category in Activity category.
Click Save.
Editing or deleting a category
Open the menu on the category card and choose Edit or Delete. Deleting a category removes it from all activity types.
Good to know
A session takes its category from the type when the session is created. Changing a type's category later doesn't change sessions that are already scheduled.
Categories created by your company show at your club but can't be edited there.
