What you need before you start
An active Zapier account
Permission to create new Zaps in Zapier
Steps to connect Zapier to Nettla
1️⃣ Create a Zap in Zapier
Follow Zapier’s guide to create a new Zap with a Webhooks trigger:
2️⃣ Copy your Webhook URL
Once the Zap is set up, Zapier will generate a Webhook URL. Copy this URL — it’s the unique address where Nettla will send data.
3️⃣ Enter the Webhook URL in Nettla
Log in to Nettla Admin → Settings → Integrations → Zapier and paste the Webhook URL. Save to confirm.
4️⃣ Make the most out of your Zapier integration
Setting up the right automations can take some expertise. To get the most out of your integration, we recommend working with someone experienced in Zapier or automation design.
They can help you build Zaps that reliably sync data or trigger notifications across systems. With the right setup, Zapier can save your team hours every week and ensure your operations run seamlessly.
Once connected:
✅ Nettla will start sending event data to your Zapier Webhook automatically.
✅ You can build automations in Zapier — for example, send emails, update spreadsheets, or connect to thousands of apps.
✅ No extra setup in Nettla is required; just manage your automations directly in Zapier.
