How to export refunds

  2. Go to Payments.

  3. Filter Status to Refunded and Partially refunded.

  4. Click Export.

  5. Choose the date range.

  6. Click Export to download the file.

Where refunds come from

  • Player cancellations, based on your cancellation rules.

  • Automatic cancellations of matches and activities that don't get enough players.

  • Admin refunds when you cancel a booking or remove a player.

  • Pay your part settlements: a lead booker charged in full on day 6 gets the other players' shares back after the session. This is the most common reason for Partially refunded.

  • Refunds you make directly in your Stripe Dashboard.

What won't appear as a refund

  • Cancelled reserved payments that were released in full. Nothing was charged, so Stripe shows them as cancelled, not refunded.

  • Partial refunds on reserved payments. Stripe charges only the part your club keeps, so it shows as a smaller successful payment.

  • Refunds to a club wallet. Your club keeps the card payment and the player gets wallet credit, so there's no refund in Stripe.

Good to know

Refunds to a card never include Nettla's fees (the booking fee, and Nettla's club fee if your agreement has one) once the payment has been charged.
