Refunds occurring in Nettla can be a mix of:
Player cancellations
Automatic cancellations (matches and activities that is not populated enough)
Club Admin initiated refunds
Refunds from charge/capture to cover full court cost on split payments if the session takes place more than 6 days in to the future
Exporting all your refunds
Go to Stripe admin portal -> Payments
Filter on Status = "Refunds" and "Partial Refunds"
Press Export -> Select date range -> Export
The downloaded csv file will include all the real refunds that have occurred from your Stripe account during the date range selected.
