Refunds occurring in Nettla can be a mix of:

Automatic cancellations (matches and activities that are not populated enough)

Refunds from charge/capture to cover full court cost on split payments if the session takes place more than 6 days into the future

Filter on Status = "Refunds" and "Partial Refunds"

Press Export → Select date range → Export

1. Go to the Stripe Dashboard → Payments 
2. Filter on Status = "Refunds" and "Partial Refunds"
3. Press Export → Select date range → Export

The downloaded csv file will include all the real refunds that have occurred from your Stripe account during the date range selected.
