Nettla uses Stripe for all online payments. Your company has its own Stripe account connected to Nettla, and you log in to your own Stripe Dashboard to see payments, refunds and payouts.
How it works
Stripe handles card security and card rules in the background.
When a player pays in the app or on the web, the payment goes to your Stripe account, not to Nettla.
Stripe holds (reserves) money on the player's card, charges it later, processes refunds and records every transaction.
Your money is paid out from Stripe to your business bank account on the schedule you choose in Stripe.
Your Stripe account belongs to your company
The Stripe account is connected to your company in Nettla, not to a single club.
If your company has several clubs, they all use the same Stripe account unless Nettla has set your clubs up differently.
Each payment carries the club it belongs to, so you can still split income per club in your Stripe exports.
How you get a Stripe account
Nettla creates your connected Stripe account and sends you a link to complete the setup in Stripe. See "How do I set up online payments (Stripe)?".
Good to know
Stripe is a Standard connected account, so you have full access to your own Stripe Dashboard.
Stripe charges its own processing fees. See "What are the Stripe transaction fees?".
