A player is added to your Player List automatically when they book or buy something at your club, link their account to your club in the app, submit one of your Smart Forms, or accept your invitation.
All the ways a player is added
They book or buy something at your club through Nettla.
They link their account to your club. In the app they tap the link icon at the top right of your club's home screen, then tap Join now on the "Link account to club" sheet.
They accept your invitation. You invite them from Players → Player List → Add Player. They are added once they open the link in the email and sign in or create their account.
They use your Player activation link. You share this link, and players use it to create their Nettla account and join your Player List. Copy it from the link icon in the admin top bar.
They submit a Smart Form at your club.
They choose your club during sign-up in your own branded (White Label) app.
They were imported by Nettla when your club moved from another booking system. They appear once they create their account or sign in with the same email.
Good to know
Player imports are done by Nettla, not in the admin. If you are moving from another system, contact Nettla.
