📌 Note: Adjusting the settings and rules for an activity type does not affect individual activity sessions that already exist in your schedule.
To adjust the rules and settings of an activity type, follow these steps:
Go to Play → Activities → Types.
Click on the type you want to adjust, then select Edit.
Adjust the settings and rules on this screen.
Click Save.
