Can I create a booking on times that aren't priced, or for a player without a price?

Court bookings, matches and recurring bookings always need a price. Use a bespoke booking instead.

No, not as a Court Booking, Public Match, Private Match or Recurring Booking. Nettla prices these from your price list, even when an admin creates them, and refuses them if there's no price ("Price not found"). Use a Bespoke Booking instead, where you set the price yourself.

Common reasons there's no price

  • The time is outside the hours your price list covers.

  • The time is members-only and the player isn't in an allowed cohort.

  • A special period price list is active on that court and doesn't price that time.

  • The court's standard price list hasn't started yet or has ended.

What you can do

  • Bespoke Booking: any price, including 0, on one or several courts. See "How do I create a bespoke booking?"

  • Unavailable: if you only need to block the court. See "How do I block courts as unavailable?"

  • Add a price to your price list, if players should be able to book that time from now on.

Good to know

  • Admins can ignore booking length, gap and booking window rules, and aren't blocked by booking limits, but they can't ignore pricing.

  • Private Coaching uses the coach's prices and Activity uses the activity's prices, not your court price list.
