When you add a player as Unpaid, they can pay in the app or from the link in their confirmation email. You can send a reminder, mark the payment as paid or free, or cancel it, from the booking or from the payment.
Mark an unpaid player as paid or free
Go to Calendar → Schedule and click the booking.
Click ⋮ next to the player, then Change.
In Change payment, choose Marked as paid or Free of charge.
Click Update payment.
Send a payment reminder
Click the booking in Calendar → Schedule.
Click ⋮ next to the player, then Payment reminder.
In Send payment reminder, click Send.
The reminder is emailed to the player, or to the parent for a child account. It can't be sent if the player has no email address.
From the payment itself
Go to Insights → Transactions and filter the status by Unpaid.
Click the payment to open it.
Use the pencil icon to change it, Send payment reminder to remind the player, or Cancel payment to cancel the unpaid payment.
You can also open a player's payments from their profile, on the Purchases tab.
Good to know
For unpaid Bespoke and Recurring bookings, players can pay on the web by card or bank transfer, even without logging in.
On a player's pay-your-part court booking, players still Unpaid after the session are charged to the lead booker, and their unpaid payments are cancelled.
On a public or private match, unpaid players are never charged to another player. Their payment stays Unpaid until they pay, or until you mark it as paid, make it free or cancel it.
Cancelling a booking cancels its unpaid payments automatically.
Unpaid, Marked as paid and Free of charge payments aren't counted in Insights → Sales activity.
