Insights → Coach Data shows how many hours and sessions each coach ran in a period, and the value of those sessions, split into activities and private coaching.
The numbers at the top
activity sessions value: the value of activity sessions in the period.
coaching sessions value: the value of private coaching sessions in the period.
total sessions value: both together.
The coach table
For each coach, three groups of columns:
Activities: Hours, Sessions and Sessions value.
Private Coaching: Hours, Sessions and Sessions value.
Totals: Hours, Sessions and Sessions value.
Filters
Date: sessions played in the period.
Activity types: show only some activity types.
What "Sessions value" means
The amount players paid for those sessions, by card and by club wallet together.
Good to know
If two coaches organise the same session, each coach gets the full hours and session in their row. The totals at the top count each session once, so the coach rows can add up to more than the totals.
Sessions value includes club wallet payments and is based on when sessions are played, so it won't match Sales activity.
There's no export.
