Insights → Player Data shows how many players and members your club has, and lists your players with their purchases, hours on court and amount spent in the period you choose.

The numbers at the top

  • total players: everyone on your club's player list.

  • new players: players added to your player list in the chosen period.

  • total members: active, paid memberships at your club.

  • new members: active memberships that started in the chosen period.

The player table

  • Name.

  • Purchases: the number of card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments the player made in the period.

  • Hours on court: the total length of the bookings the player was on in the period.

  • Amount spent: the card amount of those payments.

The table is sorted by amount spent, highest first, with 10 players per page.

How to change the period

Use the date filter at the top. The default is the last 7 days.

Good to know

  • Payments made only with a club wallet aren't counted in Purchases or Amount spent.

  • Players who only played (for example joined someone else's booking) still appear, with their hours on court.

  • Amount spent won't match Sales activity exactly, because they count payments differently.

  • There's no export. For deeper analysis, connect Mixpanel or another tool under Settings → Integrations.
