Automation Options
When you toggle on automation, you can decide if your automation should kick in for:
Every player that submits the form
Only players who verifies with a specific email-ending
This does not mean the player has to have a Nettla user-account with this email. When they submit the form, they will be asked to check this email account for a code we just sent, and they will input that in the next step of the submit flow. That is how we know they own that email address or have access to it.
Example: The form is only for University of Nottingham students to submit, then you could put nottingham.ac.uk as the must-have email address. Only players who can verify with such an email address will be able to submit this form.
Automation Add Things to Player
The next step is to decide what qualified players get when submitting the form. This only goes in to effect if you have activated Automation.
You can decide that the player is added to a special Collection that you have set up, or is rewarded with X number of Points from a Points Bundle you have created.
